Deva's Farm

Deva's Farm is a complete poultry farm operations platform for farm owners, supervisors and labour staff. It replaces paper registers and scattered messages with one shared system for daily work, flock records and accountability. FLOCK & BATCH MANAGEMENT Track every active batch across all sites: bird counts, mortality, feed consumption, water, average weight and survival rate. Daily logs are recorded morning and evening, with custom fields for the readings your farm actually measures. SITES & SHEDS Organise your operation by site and shed - broiler, breeder, hatchery, feed mill and head office - with live shed counts and status. DAILY ATTENDANCE Staff check in with a selfie and GPS coordinates, so attendance reflects presence at the farm, not just a tap on a screen. TASK MANAGEMENT WITH PHOTO PROOF Build reusable task templates, schedule them by shed, and require photographic evidence on completion. Supervisors see exactly what is due today, what is pending and what is overdue. REAL-TIME SYNC Tasks stay synchronised across every supervisor assigned to the same shed - no duplicate work, no missed steps. Admins can push urgent tasks that appear instantly. ROLE-BASED ACCESS Four roles - Admin, Head Supervisor, Supervisor and Labour - each with the right level of access and responsibility. REPORTS Review submission history, attendance records and batch performance trends at any time. Deva's Farm brings discipline, transparency and accountability to everyday poultry farm operations. Note: Deva's Farm requires an account issued by your farm administrator. It is not available for public registration.
