Diffusionis

Diffusionis supports the crews of performance venues. The app puts in every employee's pocket what concerns them: their assignments, their venue's calendar and their timesheet. WHAT YOU WILL FIND • My assignments — your upcoming work calls: the date, the time, the venue and the position you hold. • Calendar — your venue's events, to place your work within the programming. • Timesheet — enter your hours, add an unplanned entry when needed, then submit your sheet to your supervisor. • My info — your contact details, your password and the choice of light or dark theme. NOTICES WHEN IT MATTERS When a supervisor assigns you to an event, a notification lets you know. These are work notices: no advertising, no promotion. You can decline them without losing any of the other features. AN ACCOUNT PROVIDED BY YOUR EMPLOYER Diffusionis is a work tool, not a consumer service. There is therefore no sign-up in the app: your venue creates your account and sends you your credentials. Without an account, the app cannot be used. Administration — programming, assignments, timesheet approval — is done in the web version of Diffusionis, by the people in charge of it. BUILT FOR THE FIELD Light and dark themes, for backstage as much as for showtime. Interface in French, English and Spanish.
