Description

evDash OBD2 is a live dashboard and diagnostics multitool for electric vehicles. Connect a compatible OBD2 adapter and view real-time EV data on your phone or Apple CarPlay. evDash is built to support as many electric cars as possible — if a vehicle exposes useful data over OBD2, the goal is to make it work. Main features: • Live EV dashboard with battery, power and driving data • Battery SOC, SOH, voltage, current and charging overview • Cell voltages, temperature data and 12V battery status • Charging graphs and trip energy statistics • Apple CarPlay support • Multi-car garage with quick switching • Service Menu with ECU scan, ECU versions and DTC tools • Pre-purchase battery check and battery health tests • Acceleration and brake tests • TPMS, CAN sniffer and diagnostic export tools • Remote Tuning to help add or improve vehicle support • Local logs, exports and optional remote upload evDash works with supported OBD2 BLE, BT3/SPP, WiFi, MFi/OBDLink, BMW ENET and evDash M5Stack relay adapters. Available data depends on the vehicle model, adapter type and supported vehicle profile. Some cars expose a lot of battery data, some expose only basic OBD2 data, and some are restricted by the vehicle gateway. Which cars are supported, and which data each one provides, is listed in the vehicle support matrix, updated with every release: https://www.evdash.eu/evdash/vehicles/ Reported anomalies — what owners observed after connecting an adapter or during diagnostics, with investigation status and precautions: https://www.evdash.eu/evdash/vehicles/incidents/ evDash Pro unlocks advanced diagnostics, multi-car quick switch, battery internal resistance calculation, cell health tests, graph exports, Service Menu tools and fullscreen diagnostic views. It is available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Monthly and yearly plans include the same Pro features. Pricing is displayed in the App Store before purchase and may vary by region. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the lifetime purchase is a one-time payment with no renewal. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Disclaimer: evDash is a diagnostic tool used to read data from your vehicle and is provided for information purposes only. Screens and PDF reports run right to left; car sides, cell order and chart axes keep their layout. The Battery Test Certificate now translates its assessment table in every language. • Battery preheat for VW ID. and other MEB cars (Pro, experimental): Start and Stop are in the Drive tab's battery block when the pack is below 20 °C. Park and open the front hood 2–3 cm to start; once heating runs, you can close it and drive, for example to a fast charger. It stops after 20 minutes; live values pause while it runs. • CarPlay: the Power tile always shows live battery power, and Motor rpm also works on cars that report one motor speed, such as the ID.5 GTX. • Dashboard: an outside temperature estimated from the cabin is marked ≈ (MEB cars without a working sensor). MOTOR TEMP now fills on the Nissan Ariya, ZOE ZE50 and Renault 5 / 4. In portrait, the car panel keeps peak, regen and motor values readable. • Reports: in the Complete Battery Test, cell balance recorded without timing context is for information only and no longer lowers the grade, and the distance is the odometer difference. In the Pre-purchase Check, a check without data shows as incomplete, not failed. Battery health of Peugeot, Citroën, DS and Opel plug-in hybrids is provisional and no longer sets the grade, and a Tesla Model S / X no longer shows 0 % capacity loss from an estimated reference. • All Sensors marks readings that are not yet confirmed with (dev). • Adapters: with an MFi adapter, evDash waits for the same adapter after a dropped link and reconnects automatically. If nobody confirms the phone on an M5 display, evDash waits for you instead of retrying. A Pre-purchase Check and Remote Tuning no longer share the adapter. • Settings: the Home Assistant, ABRP, Traccar and Loxone forms no longer turn into an error box. • Toyota and Lexus full hybrids no longer show the four wheel speeds, and the Rolls-Royce Spectre's speed may stay empty: evDash no longer reads their brake or stability control units. • Vehicles, corrected: – Peugeot, Citroën, Opel, DS, Fiat and other e-CMP cars: battery current and power were about 13 % too high. – Ford Mustang Mach-E, F-150 Lightning, E-Transit: isolation resistance, and no phantom front motor at 204 °C. – BYD Atto 3 EVO: speed, motor torque and module temperatures. Deepal S07 68: SoC and current. Škoda Elroq 50: SoC follows the dash. – MEB cars: the cell voltage difference no longer jumps after regeneration. Kona Electric, e-Niro, e-Soul, Ioniq Electric 38: no false charging. – Cell numbers on BYD, Renault and VW e-Up match the car. Volvo XC40 / C40, Polestar 2: battery coolant. Outlander PHEV (2019–21): battery current. ZOE Phase 1: tyre pressures. MG IM5: AC charging and SoC. Kia EV6 with OVMS: capacity and range. MG ZS EV, Skyworth EV6 / Skywell ET5 and BE11: odometer. • Vehicles, new readings: – Honda Prologue: speed, motor rpm, SoC and cells. Volvo XC40 T4/T5 Recharge: battery health, pack voltage, odometer. Mercedes GLC 300 e: SoC, 100 cells, battery health. – Also Mercedes EQC and eSprinter, Audi e-tron, Lexus NX 450h+, Mazda MX-30 R-EV and CX-60 PHEV, Chevrolet Volt / Opel Ampera, smart EQ, Opel / Vauxhall Frontera Electric, Fiat Grande Panda, GAC Aion V 62, Ford E-Tourneo Courier, 2026 Toyota bZ4X and C-HR+, Nissan Ariya, Ioniq Electric 28 AC charging, and gross energy on BMW i4, i5, i7 and iX. – New in the car list: Farizon SuperVan and V7E, Renault Trafic Van E-Tech, BMW iX4 M60, Kangoo Z.E.33, BAIC EX360, Deepal S07 66.8 kWh (Thailand). Thank you for using evDash!
