ShinerCore Remote

Control your ShinerCore open source RGB LED contraptions over Bluetooth. Nearby cores show up in a list; pick one and shape its animation: five presets, ten layers, two colors per layer, blend modes, patterns, and speed in seconds per cycle — or in beats, using the core's microphone for beat detection, where the speed snaps to musical values from a quarter beat up to sixteen. Changes apply as you drag, and the app follows along live when the core changes state. The Wiring tab draws your board and gives every pin a job: a switch that holds the lights or a preset, a button that steps through presets, a knob that rides brightness, or the LED strip itself. Pins the speaker or microphone already claim show as taken, and each pin offers only the roles the firmware allows on it. Switches and buttons report their state as you flip them, so you can check your soldering from the couch. A separate tab covers the core itself: brightness, LED count, color order, and a power cap that dims bright frames to fit the current your battery can actually give. Cores also talk to each other: nearby cores link up over their own radio mesh and can play a shared show, cycling through presets in sync — no phone needed once it's playing. Note: hardware required.
