It does this by stimulating the nerve behind your ear which sends a safe signal to parts of the brain with the goal of improving your overall health and wellbeing. This app is compatible with Modius Sleep, Modius Stress, and Modius Slim products. App features: • Control your headset via Bluetooth • Track your headset usage • Record and track your sleep scores (Modius Sleep) • Record and track your stress scores (Modius Stress) • Record and track your weight and other body measurements (Modius Slim) • Get reminders to use your headset and track your progress.
