When a friend comes online while you're up, your phone gives a soft nudge: "they're up too." NO SIGNUP, NO CONTACTS. Your iCloud account is your identity. Pick a display name, get a short friend code, and share it however you like — text it, say it, write it on a napkin. One person enters one code and you're both connected. We never touch your contacts. NO FALSE ALARMS. You only show as "up" while your phone has recently checked in. Fall asleep with the app open? You'll automatically show as asleep after your quiet timeout. Nobody gets woken by this app. WHILE YOU WAIT — PLAY.
