It builds on your workouts, your sleep and your heart rate variability. After each workout you say how hard it was, from 1 to 10. You improve week after week without overdoing it. Sleep badly for several nights and the week gets easier. Every four weeks you see where you stand. Training becomes a habit because the app takes care of everything else. Your workouts come in from Garmin or Apple Health, and you answer the question afterwards with one tap. After a break you ease back in, and if you can't make Thursday, the app replans. It works for running, cycling, swimming, strength and more than 30 other sports. If you've had a lab test, upload the report as a photo or PDF and the plan uses your measured zones. The app is free.
