The app helps you keep track of each swim by saving the date, stroke type, distance, duration, pool length, effort level, and personal notes. Based on your entries, SwimSet automatically shows useful training details such as total distance, session count, pace per 100 meters, estimated pool lengths, and a simple training load value for personal reference. The Home page gives you a quick overview of your recent progress, including your latest swim, next planned set, and safety checklist status. The Log section lets you add, edit, review, or delete swim sessions stored locally on your device. The Plan section provides a practical weekly swim outline with technique, endurance, recovery, pace, and long-swim sessions that you can mark as complete. The Tools section includes a pace calculator for converting distance and time into 100m, 50m, and 25m split targets, plus a pre-swim safety checklist for equipment and pool-readiness reminders. SwimSet is built for everyday use, not complexity. It does not require an account, does not send network requests, and does not sync data to the cloud. All swim records, plan progress, checklist items, and notes remain on your device. The app is not intended to provide medical advice, emergency assistance, or professional coaching certification. Instead, it offers a focused and private way to organize your personal swim routine, prepare for pool sessions, and better understand your own training habits over time.
