Muster Mate: Yacht Crew App

Muster Mate is the crew companion app for The Muster App — the maritime safety platform trusted by superyachts worldwide. Every crew member needs to know their role in an emergency. Muster Mate puts your muster duties, abandon ship station and safety assignments in your pocket — always accessible, always up to date. MUSTER DUTIES View your assigned duties for every emergency scenario configured by your vessel. Fire, man overboard, abandon ship — know exactly what you need to do, where to go, and what equipment to bring. ABANDON SHIP STATIONS See your liferaft or lifeboat assignment, station procedures, and who else is assigned with you. Leaders and duties are clearly marked so everyone knows their role. DELIVERIES Log deliveries with photos as they arrive on board. The built-in camera with OCR automatically matches delivery labels to crew members and notifies the right person. PUSH NOTIFICATIONS Get notified instantly when your duties change, a delivery arrives for you, or your Head of Department needs your attention. MULTI-YACHT SUPPORT Work on multiple vessels? Switch between yachts seamlessly. Each yacht's data is completely isolated and secure. DESIGNED FOR CREW Built specifically for superyacht crew by people who understand the industry. Clean, fast, and works offline when you need it most. Muster Mate requires an active vessel account on The Muster App. Ask your captain or safety officer for an access code to get started.
