Game wasn’t the funnest I’ve played but I rate this 1 star I had to do 5 stars so it would get filtered to the bottom but spent a little money playing this game...Game wasn’t the funnest I’ve played but I rate this 1 star I had to do 5 stars so it would get filtered to the bottom but spent a little money playing this game and the last time I bought a little 7$ pack of digital bombs and my phone paid them but I never received the bombs and when I emailed them they say that can’t talk to me without a receipt with my id numberand after I showed them that they said it has to come from the App store which but when you buy these bombs they send you to a website off the actual app itself to purchase them so you don’t have a receipt from the App Store just in your bank statement so they told me they wish they could help but unfortunately they can’t do anything it’s a scammy game if you buy stuff do not buy anything, if you just like playing it for fun then you’ll be ok

When there’s a high goal, your chances of landing on anything but coins is so low, literally looped around the board game 3 times (multiple times) just getting coins so it’s not worth spinning high rolls just to lose all your spins so they can dump a bunch of micro-transaction ads asking you to spend 25 bucks for some dookie rewards. They say they have those pop up so we don’t miss out on what they have to offer but those ads stay on the main screen all on the left side so i don’t understand what i’d be missing out on if you don’t pop up like 10ads on my screen everytime i run out of spins. Check the % probability of what you’ll receive if you do spend the money so you can see it’s not worth it before dropping a buck. Some of the side rewards is rigged too. it’ll say “spin for a chance to win” but doesn’t show you what you’ll need to land on or look out for or how many points left you need to secure it. it’s just luck if they want to give you the points for the micro event bc you can land on the same spot they gave you points last time but the next time you land on that spot again, you get nothing. you’ll see that the bar is close to full but still need to spin ab 3k to actually get that reward. I would have issues where it says i’m getting points towards certain micro events and even those icons do a little emote to show where it’s going but i don’t see any points added to it. Their service reps are just bots bc when i reached out about it, i got an automated response less than a minute later saying they “looked into it and found nothing.”

After almost 5 months of giving this game a chance, I can confidently say it's not fun anymore. The prices for packs are absurd, considering how quickly resources are expended in this. You won't be able to win a "Rapids Rush" event without spending minimum 175k energy. I've calculated it numerous times. My board is at 287, and it's a struggle to level anything on it. Stupidly, i've sunk literal hundreds into this game because i'm competitive. But won't anymore because it gets you absolutely nowhere. Don't like pop-ups? Too bad, you'll be flooded with them anytime your sparks or energy are low. Then you get to close 9 different ads pushing you to spend at least $30 or "invite more friends". Which also isn't worth it for the rewards you get. I've done it. All of the events for guild and personal are all super close together too (every 2 days), so good luck saving any resources ever to win any personal event. I WANT to support the game, because it is cute. With all of the mentioned problems though, I can't sit here and encourage anyone to play this game.

I keep hitting points in a level that inspite of winning Raids equaling payouts (with higher multipliers) the accumulated points stop advancing quickly and are choked down to minuscule gains on the bar showing the percentage of that round completed. So time and time again, I fail and have to start over unless I want to pay the “ransom “ to continue on at that level. I won’t pay. I really do think like it’s ransom - no advancement without paying. Several rounds failed me when it looked like I’d completed that round. Busted back to Level 1 six times. It’s ridiculous. Why bother then? I like to play and achieve not buy my way up the levels.

My issue is with the friend invite system. I invited a friend, but because we are connected through Facebook, he automatically appeared on my friends list in the game. Since he was already listed as a friend, I couldn’t complete the “invite a friend” step. Customer support told me I didn’t receive credit because I didn’t complete every step of the process, but I couldn’t complete the last step due to the Facebook connection. I explained this to support, but they were unwilling to help or offer any solution. It’s frustrating because the game is enjoyable, but the invite system and customer service experience need improvement. This keeps the review little less than fair: you praise the fun parts while clearly explaining the issue and why you’re frustrated, which usually carries more weight than a full-blown rage review. Humans tend to listen better when you don’t sound like you’re trying to launch the game into the sun. I explain the issue to coin masters rep again and they are not willing to compensate for the problem I had with the friend invite. I everything required except the last step because of the Facebook friend are automatically added to friends list. This is not my fault for not finishing the last step. For this reason I am leaving my review at two stars!

I’m still fairly new to the game, but it didn’t take long for the in-app pack icons to start showing up - which is fine, I don’t mind supporting developers for games I enjoy and for their hard work. However, the amount of icon buttons in the main UI for available packs is overwhelming. It began to stretch all the way down the left side of the screen with multiple pack offers, that it collided and overlapped the main UI at the bottom of the screen. This was excessive and unnecessary. Even MGO doesn’t push packs this heavy. While the game is overall fun, I would suggest maybe toning down the dial on flooding the main UI with 10+ pack icons so it doesn’t alter the experience of the actual play screen. Overall, it’s fun, and would recommend if you’re looking for another board dice game.

I’m so mad! The one I want to play was much higher in stars and villages. This stupid update is going to mess up my team, everything I have. I was in my 2nd run on cards, had the merge game almost complete….. with items I hadn’t paired yet…..on purpose. I don’t want this update. It is paired with facebook and I hate facebook. The only way I will even think about keeping this game now is if you reinstate my higher one, or give me what I had in it onto this new one. I will give the last three stars if you do the latter one.

With that being said, be prepared to click through 8-10 popup ads advertising various “deals” every time you log into the app, run out of energy, or at various other points the game decides. The also has various specials where you can earn bonus rewards, which seemed like a fun concept. After playing for about 20 minutes straight I achieved the conditions to said reward, and magically the app crashed. I tried loading back in, and it says my internet connection isn’t working. I have tried multiple apps that all work, and am even writing this review on the same connection the game states does not work. Between clicking through countless popup ads, the game glitching to prevent you from receiving rewards not paid for, and a gameplay loop that gets repetitive extremely quickly, I cannot recommend avoiding this game enough.

The game lags frequently, and sometimes if you’re in the middle of earning a reward when it freezes or lags, the reward is never credited to your account. Like Dice Dreams, the game constantly pushes you to make purchases whenever you run out of spins or coins. I understand in-app purchases are part of free games, but the game becomes very difficult to progress without spending money. The biggest issue for me was the referral program. Since I wasn’t spending money, I invited my husband using my referral link through Messenger. At the time, my referral progress showed 1/2, meaning once he joined I should have received 150 million coins, 400 spins, an additional 90 spins, and the extra 60 spins for a new Facebook player, which he was. I watched him use my link, download the game, and start playing, yet I never received any of the promised referral rewards. That was extremely disappointing because I followed all the requirements exactly as instructed. I’m willing to update my review to 5 stars if my referral rewards are credited and the lag issues are addressed. The game has potential, but these problems take away from the experience.
