A2Z Fire & Electrical is the field-operations app for A2Z Fire & Electrical staff and owners, used to carry out fire-safety and electrical work across London. This app is for authorised A2Z team members. Access is by invitation only — you'll need an invite from an account owner to sign in. FEATURES • On-site surveys — structured forms for Fire Door, Emergency Voice Communication (EVC), Fire Extinguisher, and Fire Alarm (inspection/service and design/installation) work. • Booking-on — GPS location and time captured automatically at the start of each survey as proof of attendance. • Inspections — log inspections, set next-due reminders by interval, and view what's due or overdue. • Clients & sites — a shared directory of clients, sites, and their full survey and inspection history. • Branded PDF reports — generated to A2Z's standard, gated on owner approval, then emailed to clients. • Approvals — owners review submitted surveys and approve or request changes before reports go out. • Photos & signatures — capture on-site evidence and sign-off directly in the app. Works on iPhone and iPad.
