Lira Exchange

Lira Exchange shows the real price of the dollar where the official rate is not the whole story. Since 2019 it has tracked the Lebanese and Syrian lira on the street, minute by minute. Today it covers 13 parallel markets: Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, Turkey, Egypt, Algeria, Libya, Nigeria, Ethiopia, Zimbabwe, Cuba, Argentina and Venezuela. Every market shows the street buy and sell rate, the official rate and, where it exists, the bank rate, so you always see the gap. MARKET RATES • All markets on one screen, with your own country first and the markets you pin on top. • Buy, sell and official rates, updated automatically throughout the day. • The archive: every change since 2019 with the green and red arrows, searchable by date. • History charts for one month, three months, one year or all time, with the change, high and low. • Sayrafa archive, banking rates and fuel prices for Lebanon. • Converter from dollars to local currency and back, at the street rate. • Share any rate as a picture or as text with one tap.
