Roamer: Group Trip Planner

Roamer is a group trip planner for friends and family who travel together. The plan, the map, the chat, the costs and the photos live in one shared trip the whole group can open and add to, and everyone sees each change as it happens. A group trip usually lives in six places at once: the group chat, a spreadsheet, an expense app, an inbox of confirmations and four camera rolls, with one person as the search engine for all of it. Roamer turns that into one trip, for family vacations, holidays with friends, reunions and big trips abroad. INVITE YOUR GROUP Send an invite link or an email. Anyone you invite can add plans, photos and costs. See who hasn't answered, and remind them with one tap. ADD PLANS IN SECONDS Type a flight number and date, and Roamer fills in the airline, airports and times. Attach the booking and add what it cost as you go. Tickets and confirmations are saved on your phone, so they open at the gate or on the trail. EVERY PLAN, ON ONE MAP Flights, ferries, stays and dinners, in order and pinned where they happen, with each flight drawn from airport to airport. Times stay local, so a 7:30 dinner in Lisbon reads 7:30 even when you check it from home. THE CHAT IS THE TRIP'S TIMELINE Each trip has its own group chat, with polls, photos, videos, GIFs and reactions. New plans, photos and expenses appear in it as they happen, so nobody misses a change, and a notification opens the chat right where it happened. TRACK EVERY FLIGHT Each flight shows when it's due to leave and land, with links to track it live. Trip Pass or Pro adds live status: delays, the plane's position, and the gate and baggage belt when the airport shares them. FIND EACH OTHER, LIVE Share where you are for 15 minutes, an hour, eight hours or until the trip ends, and stop any time. Live location comes with Trip Pass or Pro, and one person's unlock turns it on for everyone on the trip. RELIVE THE BEST MOMENTS Everyone's photos and videos land in one shared gallery, and the photo map shows where each was taken. Star the highlights and play them back as a slideshow. SHARE THE TRIP WITH EVERYONE BACK HOME Send one link, and family can see the plan, what's on today and the highlights in any browser, with no app or account. The link never shows the chat, the costs, the rest of the photos or anyone's live location. SPLIT COSTS IN ANY CURRENCY Log dinner in yen and the ferry in euros. Roamer converts each cost into the trip's currency, splits it evenly or your way, and shows who owes whom. When it's time, ask everyone to settle up from the chat. Joining a trip you're invited to is always free, and every account can try autofill from a booking confirmation 3 times. A Trip Pass is a one-time purchase that unlocks the extras for you on one trip, for good. Roamer Pro unlocks them on every trip and renews each year. The extras: hosting more than one group trip at a time, unlimited autofill, live location for everyone on the trip, live flight status, more room for photos and videos, private notes and documents, a printable PDF of the itinerary, and saving all of a trip's photos at once.
