Operator — Caricom

Operator is the staff app for Caricom Freight Consolidators. Authorized employees use it to receive cargo, review packages and keep freight moving. WAREHOUSE Create dock receipts with cargo details and photos. Find receipts, customers and packages. Open container loading sessions, scan labels and track queued scans when connectivity drops. MAILROOM Capture package labels, check the review queue and confirm shipment details before finalizing packages. TEAM WORK Access the work modes permitted for your role, including Customer Service and Service Operations. Follow assigned tasks, internal messages and company announcements when your account has access. SHARED DEVICES Use the optional app lock, manage camera and notification permissions, and sign out when your shift ends. Operator requires a staff account issued by Caricom Freight Consolidators. Public account registration is not available. An internet connection is required for sign-in and most actions; supported scan queues retain pending work for retry.
