ChippyKit

ChippyKit is the carpenter's all-in-one toolkit — built by a carpenter in Melbourne who got sick of juggling a calculator app, a notepad, and a quote template stuck on the home computer. CALCULATORS Decking, stud walls, sub-floor, joists, rafters, stairs, concrete, cut list optimiser, running measurements, equal spacings, square it, and unit conversion. Punch in your dimensions, get your counts, lengths and cut lists — no maths on a scrap of timber. REFERENCE TABLES Span tables, sub-floor spans, safe load limits, concrete curing times, screw and bolt sizing, and DDA installation heights. Based on Australian standards, in your pocket, no signal needed. QUOTES AND INVOICES Send a branded PDF quote before you've packed up the ute. Add calculator results straight to a quote, drop in site photos, then flick the invoice when the job's done. Templates come pre-loaded — set your business details once. WORKS OFFLINE Half the sites in this country have no reception. ChippyKit doesn't need any. BUILT FOR AUSTRALIAN CARPENTERS Metric, AS-based references, and made by someone who's on the tools. Free to use, with a 7-day free trial of Pro. Pro unlocks every calculator, the full reference library, unlimited saved jobs, and branded quotes and invoices. Always verify against current Australian Standards and your local building requirements. ChippyKit is a tool to speed up your work, not a substitute for professional judgement.
