Stupid faulty app

This app is unbelievably frustrating to use. It constantly rejects my correct password, claiming it’s wrong when I’m absolutely sure it isn’t. Trying to reset ...This app is unbelievably frustrating to use. It constantly rejects my correct password, claiming it’s wrong when I’m absolutely sure it isn’t. Trying to reset it is even worse — the reset email takes ages to arrive, and once I finally change the password, the account gets locked anyway… after only a couple of attempts. To unlock the account, you’re forced to send an email and wait up to a week. Then, when you finally get access again, the same broken process repeats. It’s a complete loop of failure. At this rate, my entire insurance period might expire before I can even log in. This isn’t just inconvenient — it’s unacceptable for an app handling something this important. Easily one of the worst user experiences I’ve ever dealt with.

Only way to get around it is to call customer service and have them send a temporary password, but then the next day the issue repeats!
