And when someone hasn't, Roomed asks for the rent so you don't have to. Built for Australian landlords first. Rent a property by the room or as a whole. Setup takes minutes: add your property, its rooms, your tenants and their rent. Roomed keeps the story straight from there. RENT REQUESTS SEND THEMSELVES Turn on collection for a tenancy and Roomed emails your tenant a secure pay link when rent falls due. If the payment doesn't arrive, polite reminders follow a few days later. PAID STRAIGHT TO YOUR BANK Tenants pay from their bank account through Stripe. The money settles to your account, the ledger updates itself and both of you get a receipt. ONE SMALL FEE, NOTHING ELSE The app is free. Roomed charges 1.5% of rent it collects for you.
