Koochers is a strength training app for training with other people. Your gym partner, your friends, your coach. LIVE AT THE GYM You see your friends' workouts while they happen. The current exercise, the set, the estimated end time. No need to look around for your partner. Want some quiet? Tap the ghost and nobody sees you. A WORKOUT THAT FOLLOWS WHAT YOU REALLY DO Change the load or the reps before you log a set. Add a drop set, like 8 at 50 kg then 3 at 40 kg. Fix a set during your rest. The rest timer beeps and vibrates before you go again. You can mute it. TRAIN TOGETHER Invite a friend to a workout from their profile. They get a notification and accept in the app. During the workout the group sees who is where. Finishing before your friend? Koochers suggests short work to add so you finish together. YOUR COACH ON EVERY SET Shoulder pain on the third set. You leave a note on that set. Your coach sees it, replies and suggests a change. You tap Apply. Your workout adjusts. SPOTTER, YOUR AI ASSISTANT Spotter is an AI assistant that knows your sessions. Ask it about your workout, your program or your recovery. It suggests changes you choose to apply. FOR COACHES Your clients are kept apart from your friends. You follow their workouts live. You write their programs and plan their sessions. Spotter can prepare a program for a client. APPLE WATCH Start your workout and log your sets from the watch. Heart rate and calories reach your summary. MESSAGES AND SHARING Write to your friends and your coach. Voice messages and reactions. GIFs come with Spotter and Coach. After a good workout, post it on your profile with a photo. PLANS Free: free with no time limit. Friends, programs and history with no limit. Koochers Spotter: the AI assistant with fair use. Monthly, every 3 months or yearly. Koochers Coach: following your clients with Spotter included. Monthly or yearly. The price of each subscription is shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same length at the same price. To stop it, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings: Settings, your name, Subscriptions. Deleting the app or your account does not stop the subscription.
