Log a dose from your existing plan, undo a recent entry, or add water in a tap. Record a run, walk or ride with pause/resume, then save the workout and its route to Apple Health. Add the next-dose complication to your watch face. Health summaries and workout imports depend on your permissions and iPhone sync. Manage supported body measurements from connected services, with source labels, original dates and controls to choose future imports, correct or remove readings. Body-composition values are estimates and availability varies by provider. Rate shared recipes and their preparation difficulty. Ask Augo to bring your dose and weight history from a CSV. Review the original dates, units and medication names before importing, skip matching records, and undo an import batch if needed.
