Cataract AI

This application is designed to empower primary care providers in remote villages to efficiently collect eye images from patients diagnosed with cataracts. The process begins with obtaining informed consent from the patient, ensuring ethical and transparent data collection. The app features a user-friendly interface that guides healthcare workers through the image-capturing process, even if they lack specialized training. High-quality images are securely stored and uploaded to a central database, where they can be accessed by ophthalmologists for detailed analysis and diagnosis. The app also includes features for managing patient records, tracking image uploads, and maintaining data security, making it an essential tool for improving cataract diagnosis and care in underserved areas.
