MFA Assistant

MFA Assistant is the official mobile companion for members of the Members Church of God International (MCGI) — especially overseas Filipino workers and their families. Everything you need to stay connected, prepared, and informed in one app: • PDOS application — start, save, and resume your Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar paperwork on your phone, with land-based and sea-based tracks. • Church locator — explore MCGI chapters on a Google map, search chapters or places, and filter the area you choose. Preview routes and use in-app driving guidance to verified chapter destinations. Guidance can continue in the background during a trip you start; Stop ends location updates. Location permission is optional for nearby search and navigation. • Travel advisories — country-by-country safety and entry-requirement updates curated for OFWs. • AI guidance — chat with our assistant for instant answers to common questions about deployment, requirements, and the next step in your journey. Voice mode is supported for hands-free conversations. • In-app messaging — receive announcements and replies from the MCGI team. • Multilingual — English and Filipino out of the box, with automatic device-language detection. • Biometric unlock — secure your signed-in session with Face ID, Touch ID, or fingerprint. • Light and dark mode — high-contrast designs tuned for day and night reading. MFA Assistant is provided by MCGI Australia and connects securely to mfa.mcgi.org.
