WHAT YOU CAN KEEP IN ONE PLACE Weight & body condition Log weight and body condition score over time, with an ideal-weight guide and a daily calorie estimate. Food & water Record meals and drinks, follow calorie targets and keep an eye on hydration. Toilet habits Log wees and poos using the Bristol scale, so you can spot tummy changes early. Medication & vaccinations Set reminders for any dosing schedule, with "next due" alerts for repeat medicines and jabs. Symptoms & conditions Note symptoms and ongoing conditions and see how they change over time. Vet records & appointments Store clinical documents, keep appointments with reminders and calendar export, and build a shareable vet summary you stay in control of. Health Score A 0 to 100 wellness snapshot across several areas of care. A friendly overview of how things are going, not a medical diagnosis.
