My Coach — Trainer CRM

My Coach is a CRM and planner for personal trainers and their clients. For coaches: • weekly schedule: single, pack and group sessions, weekly repeats; • one-tap attendance — the session is deducted from the client’s pack automatically; • clients ask to confirm sessions, with a reminder 12 hours before; • clients and groups: contacts, goals, notes and tags; • session packs: number of sessions, validity, balance and renewal reminders; • payments, expenses, profit and top clients per month; • workout templates: sets, weights, tempo, rest and technique videos; • progress and personal records for every client; • import clients from other apps via screenshots, Excel, a spreadsheet link or your contacts; • a profile in the online coach directory with photos, description, prices and requests from new clients; • chat with clients. For clients: • schedule and workout plan from the coach; • weight and reps for every set, rest timer; • technique videos inside each exercise; • confirm a session in one tap or suggest another time; • browse the online coach directory; • pack balance, payments and receipts; • personal records and progress; • chat with your coach. The coach creates a client and shares a one-time invite code. Once connected, the client’s data is visible only to the linked coach and client accounts. My Coach shows no ads and does not track you. You can delete your account and personal data right in the app.
