Choose a preset such as 16:8 or customize the duration. • Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets Check your fasting progress without opening the app. • Two styles: Classic and Minimal Follow your progress with the Classic ring or focus on the time with the large Minimal clock. Both support light and dark appearances. • Manual and Automatic modes In Manual mode, you decide when to switch. Automatic mode lets you set either the daily fasting start time or the daily eating start time. Both stay linked by your target duration and repeat each day by local time. Forgot to start the timer? You can adjust the start time. • Optional reminders and days off Enable notifications for a reminder when you reach your goal. Need a day off? Just tap "Skip today." No account needed. Works offline.
