Skyfall Keep

Something has dropped out of the sky over the valley. It has hulls, engines and a Mothership. You have archers, a catapult, some bees and a gate that sticks. Skyfall Keep is a tower defense game about peasants with bows and the alien hardware they refuse to make way for. Build along the road, break the pods open, deal with what climbs out, and keep it all away from the gate, round after round, until the Mothership comes down the valley to see what the holdup is. TEN TOWERS, EACH WITH OPINIONS Archers, a catapult, wizards, ballistae, a bombard, a hawk roost, a beekeeper, pikemen and a watchtower, each with three paths and five tiers, and a Guild Hall that decides which of the advanced ones you can raise at all. You will not afford everything. That is the game. TEN MAPS ACROSS THE REALM Start in the Meadowlands, where the sheep are the main concern. Work out through the Borderlands and the Highlands to the Siege, with a new road to read on each map and a new reason to regret where you put the first tower. SIX SETS OF RULES Standard, Hard, No-sell, Rush, Pure and Endless. Beat a map and the harder rules open up, for those who found it too quiet. TWO HEROES, ONE OF THEM QUALIFIED Marshal Ysolde arrives with a lance, a banner and a list of complaints about the gate. Tobin the Alchemist arrives with a cart of flasks and no explanation. Or go without, and trust the towers. A CODEX AND A HALL OF RECORDS Every tower, enemy and map is written up in the Codex, and every win goes in the Hall of Records for you to beat. Plays offline.
