Klocka

Klocka is a clean, professional time tracking app built for freelancers, consultants, contractors and small business owners who need fast daily time capture without turning admin into another job. Start timers quickly from favourite tasks, today’s plan, running timers or workflow records. Track time against clients, groups, tasks and staff, then review completed records with filters for date ranges, clients, groups, tasks and employees. Klocka is designed for real workdays. Create tasks with rates, GST handling, colours, icons, photos and favourite status. Group related clients together, set budgets in dollars or hours, and see budget progress and remaining amounts on the Home screen. Custom budget alerts can be enabled at 50%, 80%, 100% and over budget. Use Today’s Plan to set what needs to be done and how many hours you expect to spend. Running timers show which device they were started on, and Klocka is built around iCloud sync so your workflow can move across devices. When it’s time to report, export filtered records to Excel, CSV or PDF. Choose what fields to include, review data before exporting, and keep manual or scheduled backups in iCloud Drive. Klocka also includes company setup, optional Face ID/device authentication, Apple Calendar integration, home screen layout customisation, widgets, and a simple setup wizard for new users. Time that works for you!
