Matdo Check turns the iPad on your front counter, or the iPhone in your pocket, into a calm, reliable attendance kiosk. An attendee walks up, types their name, and taps Check In. That is the whole interaction. No account to create, no password for a child to remember, no waiting on the Wi-Fi. Instructors get a live dashboard behind a PIN, and the day's record exports to CSV whenever the office needs it. Attendee names and attendance times are stored on your devices and in your own iCloud, nowhere else. We never see them, because there is no server of ours for them to go to. With Multiple Devices on, they sync through your iCloud, and reach only the people you invite. A backup is copied to your center's own private iCloud every day — yours, not ours — so a new iPad or iPhone signed in to the same Apple Account can restore everything when it first opens. Each month's attendance is also kept as a spreadsheet in your iCloud Drive, updated daily, so the record opens in Numbers or Excel without the app. One switch turns both off.
