AuPairSync is the shared plan for a host family and their au pair. Parents and the au pair join the same family, and each of them gets their own view of it: who has the kids when, who does the pick-up, what still needs doing, and how many working hours are left this week. Working hours, counted for you • The au pair starts and ends a shift with one tap, or fills in a day later • Each week is submitted and the family confirms it, so both sides see the same total • The app counts against the hours you agreed and against the program limits: 45 h a week and 10 h a day for US J-1 au pairs, 30 h and 10 h for US EduCare, 30 h and 6 h in Germany • Every change to the agreed hours is visible to the au pair Schedules, pick-ups and hand-overs • One family calendar for school, activities, routines and time off • Every hand-over shows who drops off and who picks up • Someone outside the family can take over a pick-up. After that, one monthly subscription covers the whole family: both parents, the au pair and anyone who joins later. One person pays, and the au pair never does. The App Store shows the price in your currency before you subscribe. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. You can manage and cancel it at any time in your Apple ID settings.
