Beacon Fitness & Training

Move With Purpose. Live With Purpose. Beacon Fitness is the only serious training app built for Christian athletes — combining serious coaching, Apple Watch workout tracking, and daily scripture into one seamless experience. Whether you're chasing your first 5K or training for a century ride, Beacon gives you the tools, the plan, and the faith-driven motivation to get there. YOUR COACH IS ON YOUR WRIST Leave your phone at home. Beacon's full-featured Apple Watch app records GPS runs, rides, hikes, and walks independently — tracking real-time pace, heart rate, distance, and elevation. Your workout syncs to your iPhone and Apple Health the moment you're done. TRAINING PLANS FOR EVERY GOAL From First 5K to First Marathon to First Century Ride — Beacon offers structured training plans personalized to your current fitness level and schedule. Each plan generates a week-by-week workout schedule with guided intervals, warm-ups, tempo blocks, and recovery days. On Apple Watch, audio cues guide you through every segment in real time, with pace correction alerts if you drift off target. Running plans: First 5K · Faster 5K · First 10K · Faster 10K · First Half Marathon · First Marathon · First 50K Cycling plans: First Long Ride · Build Endurance · First Metric Century · Gran Fondo Prep · First Century AI COACHING AFTER EVERY TRAINING WORKOUT Finish a training plan workout and your AI coach gets to work. It reviews your mile splits, pace, and heart rate — then delivers a short, honest coaching note on what you executed well, where you drifted, and what to focus on next. No generic encouragement. Real feedback grounded in your actual numbers, every time you train. FAITH WOVEN INTO EVERY WORKOUT Start each day with a Verse of the Day on your home screen widget. Finish every training plan workout with scripture spoken aloud. It's not a feature bolted on; It's the heartbeat of the app. A COMMUNITY THAT FEELS LIKE COMMUNITY Follow friends, react to workouts, leave comments, and share photos from your runs and rides. Beacon's follow-request model keeps your activity private by default. You control who sees your journey. SHARE YOUR WORKOUTS ANYWHERE Generate a shareable video of your workout summary — formatted for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts — with your stats and Beacon branding. Export to your camera roll in seconds. Already on Strava? Beacon can auto-sync every workout so your streak never skips a beat.
