NextPing - Reminder

Reminders that repeat the way life actually does. Most reminder apps stop at "every month on the 30th". NextPing understands what you mean: • Pay rent on the last business day of every month • Invoices on the 15th, or the Friday before if it falls on a weekend • Book club on the last Friday of the month • Team sync every second and fourth Wednesday • Replace the water filter 3 months after you last did it • Vitamins at 9 AM and 9 PM, water every 2 hours from 9 to 9 JUST TYPE IT Write a reminder the way you'd say it: "Pay rent on the last business day of every month at 10 #Bills !!". NextPing sets the date, time, repeat, list and priority. Recognized words are highlighted; tap a chip to keep them as plain text. REPEATS THAT GET THE CALENDAR RIGHT • Pick the period, then the day: daily, weekly on chosen days (Mon, Wed, Fri), monthly, yearly • The last day of the month, the N-th day from the end, the first or last business day • Your own weekends and holidays: dates move to the previous or next business day automatically • Weekday ordinals: the first Monday, the last Friday, the second-to-last Tuesday • Daily, weekly, monthly and yearly with intervals; end on a date or after a number of times • Skip a single date, or move just this time without touching the rule • See the next dates before you save, with "moved from Saturday" explained SOMEDAY, NOT FORGOTTEN Some things have no exact date: book the dentist, renew the passport. Add them as Someday tasks and NextPing nudges you every week, every few days or monthly until they're done. • Nudges only on business days for calls to offices, or only on weekends for chores • Add a deadline and the nudges come more often as it nears • Tomorrow or In a Week right from the notification • Type "sometime", "by Friday" or "this week" and NextPing understands NOTIFICATIONS THAT WORK • Alerts at the time and in advance, like "1 day before at 8 PM" • On iPhone and iPad, ring like an alarm for the ones you can't miss: through Silent mode and Focus, full screen on the Lock Screen and on your Apple Watch, with Snooze or Done right on the alarm • Remind until done: the alert repeats until you check it off • Done, Snooze, Tomorrow and Skip right in the notification • Far-future dates are never lost: NextPing keeps the nearest alerts scheduled within the system limits EVERYTHING IN ITS PLACE • Today, Scheduled, Someday, All, Flagged and Completed, plus your own lists • A calendar with every future occurrence • History and streaks for repeating tasks • Widgets for the Home Screen, Lock Screen and Mac desktop, with a Done button • On the Mac: a menu bar extra and keyboard shortcuts • Siri and Shortcuts: add a reminder, complete one, see what's next • iPhone, iPad and Mac, synced through your own iCloud PRIVATE BY DESIGN No accounts, no ads, no tracking, no analytics.
