OrderMate

OrderMate is a companion app for supported POS workflows. It helps merchants connect purchases, refunds, and custom transactions to external payment terminals, reducing repeated manual entry between the POS and terminal. Use OrderMate to: - Add and manage terminal mappings for in-store devices. - Monitor supported checkout and refund screens using Apple's screen broadcast flow. - Start purchases, refunds, and custom terminal transactions through your configured connections. - Receive live notifications for terminal dialogs, transaction status, and manual actions. - Try the built-in demo flow before connecting a real terminal. OrderMate is designed for iPad-based retail counters where staff already use a POS and payment terminal setup. Screen monitoring only runs after the user starts the OrderMate broadcast extension from Control Centre. The app uses on-screen text to identify supported transaction details, route them to the merchant's configured terminals, and stay idle on unsupported layouts. A configured OrderMate merchant setup, supported POS workflow, and compatible payment terminal are required for live transactions. Demo mode is available in the app for setup and review without taking a real payment.
