Background refreshes no longer tear down the screen; only the very first load shows a full loading state. - **"Mark Event Complete" available before the event ends** — the button is now disabled until the event's scheduled end time has passed, in both the upcoming event check-in drawer and the event details drawer. - **"Message All Families" drawer inconsistent height** — the drawer used `maxHeight` instead of a fixed `height`, so it would shrink to fit short messages. It now matches the fixed 70% height used by the other drawers on that screen. - **405 error editing events/positions** — the production API was missing `PUT`/`PATCH` handlers for `/api/mobile/events/[id]`, so admins could not edit event details or positions from the mobile app. Added the missing handlers, mirroring the existing webapp event-editing logic (including the same validation: can't remove a position with assigned volunteers, can't shrink a position below its assigned count). - **Volunteer position ordering** — positions are now sorted alphabetically by name, then by shift (first half, second half, full event), applied consistently on the upcoming event widget, event details, and the calendar event drawer. - **Pull-to-refresh not working on the upcoming event screen** — the scrollable positions area was sized to shrink-wrap its content instead of filling the available space, so most of the screen wasn't part of any scrollable or refreshable surface. The area now fills the available card height and pull-to-refresh correctly triggers a positions refresh. - **Custom positions not visible on mobile** — mobile was missing the same "show everything to admins" bypass the webapp already had for positions that aren't flagged public or special. Admins now see all positions on mobile, matching webapp behavior. - **Crash when adding a new position to an event** — newly added (unsaved) positions had no id, so React rendered them with a duplicate/undefined list key. New positions now get a unique temporary id that's stripped before saving. - **"Invalid Volunteer Position" error saving custom positions** — the backend's position-matching logic required an exact title match against the global seat catalog, so any truly custom position (not based on a catalog template) failed to save. It now falls back to the generic "Other" catalog seat when no specific match exists.
