Smart Slump is a specialized mobile tool designed to calibrate and validate slump sensors on concrete mixer trucks, powered by the Loop for Readymix platform. Built for field technicians and quality engineers, the app automates sensor data collection via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and builds accurate calibration curves for each vehicle. Key Features: - Automatic BLE Sensor Connection: Connects automatically to Galileosky sensors installed on mixer trucks, collecting pressure, drum RPM, and engine RPM data in real time — no manual readings required. - Timed Data Collection with Quality Scoring: Runs a configurable collection cycle (default 30 seconds), filters outliers, and calculates a quality score (CV%) so technicians know instantly if the measurement is reliable. - Live Slump Estimation: Displays real-time slump values based on the vehicle's calibration formula, giving immediate feedback during the test. - Calibration History per Vehicle: View all calibration entries from the last 24 hours for each truck, with sensor slump, manual slump, volume, pressure, and sample count at a glance. - Edit Entries After Submission: Update manual slump and volume values up to 24 hours after collection — essential when the Abrams cone test can't be performed at the exact moment of sensor reading. - Secure Authentication: Uses the same enterprise-grade cookie-based session management as the Loop platform, with dedicated permissions for calibration personnel.
