This miserable failure of a website and software is also the exact system that the employees are stuck with using, and I feel sorry for their pitiful experience in having to even look at this dumpster fire for more than 5 minutes. This company is a sham. Best I can say that you can hope for is there is a list of cars on site. Beyond that, it’s pretty much just luck - including actually locating the vehicle in the lot. The parts search is useless. The photos might clue you in, but only pertaining to the condition of the car when it was brought in. The so-called garage doesn’t seem to save the detail you enter. There doesn’t appear to be any way to notify you if a matching car or part is added to inventory. This company was actually better in the 90s when all you had to do was call the yard (something which you no longer can do) and ask them if they have the car you need. Chances were good that they could even tell you if your part was available. They had terrific pricing and didn’t nickel and dime you for every nut. Now they are sold out to some half witted Middle East shell corporation.

This has happened on my last two iPhones requiring person to use a web browser on your iPhone. This has been going on for about a year that I can remember and is frustrating because you’ve jacked prices up as high you’d think that you would invest in basic tools and encourage customers to find the part you need. LKQ probably is giving its extra profits to its overpaid Executives who couldn’t execute a business plan if their lives depended on it!

Notifications are the only thing that ever made this app worth downloading. There are probably a dozen or more times where sign in issues and notifications being broken have kept me from coming to the yard. Please return the app to being somewhat usable again. Also, it really bugs me that the app doesn’t work AT ALL if you take a trip outside of the US. Sometimes a car will show up in the lot with parts for a family member’s vehicle but I have no way to view it…

Drop downs not appearing and not searching when you enter the year make or model. I’ve found that you can search inventory on your computer but it doesn’t match what’s in the yard always and I’ve never had my alerts actually alert me. They’ll say no inventory for what I’m looking for and I go down there and there it is. So much for setting up the garage and all that. Probably just a front to sell our information.

Need to have it listed by newest to oldest like the old app. It’s not useful to get a notification for a car, click it and just takes you to a list on your garage. That list is sorted by distance from your home yard. Now I have to click on every listing to locate this new addition. New additions should be top of the list. The circle photo of the car is too small. Make it as large and square as possible. Why try to hide part of the car. You want to make it easy to see. Make the app useful not fancy looking.

Now the prices are doubled and the app don’t even work. Employees trying up charge you on screws and bolts. Lkq is a joke now. Rather find a part out on Facebook or Offerup than get overcharged for used junk parts. Sad how y’all used to be for the customer now it’s all about the corporation Now I’m deleting the app its doesn’t work at all now with the name change and software change can’t even add a car to the garage

Why on earth would you remove the capability of searching across multiple yards for a particular make and model? That used to be a phenomenal feature in case you wanted to take a drive between different yards in your area. Now I have to search for that particular making model at each yard. Cumbersome and frankly, dumb. The generic write up for the work done for the latest revision tells me somebody is not doing their job in the documentation department. Please wake up and actually build proper use cases, test them with people that actually use the app and take their feedback into consideration. If you had actually done the above, you wouldn’t have implemented some of the changes you made June 20th.

I’ve seen similar reviews from other users saying they’re experiencing the same issues & it’s been ongoing for months. 1 user left a review saying they messaged technical support & they replied saying they’re aware of the issue but haven’t done anything to resolve the problem. So one is left to ask? Will this issue be fixed promptly or should we just delete the app entirely & only use the online website since it’s the only thing that seems to work? It really makes you not want to go to the yards anymore, as the alerts are the only reason 1 would want to go in a orderly time, if not by the time you get there the parts will be scrapped & you’ll have wasted a trip, gas & time.

Now the app has so much going on that it makes navigating a nightmare. The previous version was simple and perfect and then they had to go and break it. Just plane terrible. Now you have to select the yard you want to look for instead of it just auto populating the cars from the yards you had selected to search. Such a garage app
