This is a good distracting game for my kitten in the morning or when I need her to wind down. Sometimes my kitten gets very hyper and will play bite a lot whe...This is a good distracting game for my kitten in the morning or when I need her to wind down. Sometimes my kitten gets very hyper and will play bite a lot when I’m sleepy in bed or waking up and I need something for her to be entertained by that isn’t me. This is a great distraction to use while getting ready for work, reading or laying in bed or while you need to do household chores and can’t play with your kitty but want to them to play with something to use up some of that extra energy. My kitty really does play the game, and even if she doesn’t play, I can tell she is hyper focused on watching the laser. My main issue with the game is that it does NOT last long enough and you have to keep pressing the button “continue playing.” Since a cat might not always touch the screen and might just want to watch it, they should make the game last at least 2-4 minutes longer. I definitely wouldn’t recommend purchasing the mice until you know if your kitten or cat will be entertained by the game. I actually purchased one mice since I know my kitten likes it but I wouldn’t give anymore until they make improvements to the game. Good distraction, just doesn’t last long enough.

Maybe because she wants to pounce on the light and instinctively knows the iPad is not to be pounced on or hates the glass feeling. She lightly touched it once. But I’ve tried on different occasions, once she looked at it then proceeded to play with the non moving light from the window. Typical cat liking the cheapest thing. Lol I would try the mice options but I’m not paying when I don’t even know if she’ll like it. Plus I was awarded this game from a cat food reward, why did I only get the free version? Minus 3 stars for wasting my reward points.

I go back to the Home Screen of the game and my cat literally paws at the other game. A screen with about 5 mice comes up that says BUY. I’m like “are you kidding me? Spend money on this? Heck no” Then my cat starts going crazy, tapping all of the mice and all of the buttons including the BUY one. Thankfully I didn’t make the purchase and saved it but I still think it’s wrong to charge money for one lousy minigame. I ended up downloading a whole separate mouse game for my cat and he likes it ok. So I think download it to see if your cat likes the laser game or just wants to spend your money. Hope this was helpful.

Just when they got into it they'd shut it down and I'd have to started it up again. Still it was entertaining for them and I was happy enough with it to give it maybe a four start rating, until... A new "update" came out and I downloaded it, and the game opened but I could no longer use it without making a purchase. When yet another update came out I downloaded that too hoping that it would fix the problem. Nice new colors and a bunch of new mice to play with, but I can't even use the original one without a purchase. It's a classic bait and switch. The app may be free but your kitties can't enjoy it unless you buy something. Don't bother.

When he sees me using my phone he comes over and waits for me to put his game on. I guess this is what it feels like when your kids take your phone. My kitten has never turned the game off. And it’s free to use. I did buy all the mice for the 4.99 and then you get the butterfly too. It’s not much considering pet toys at Petco can cost a fortune, especially the interactive ones. My kitten really just likes the purple dot though.

So I thought the mice one would work but all of them were locked which was really weird so i decided to purchase the first one but they said they need to verify my fingertips to prove I’m not a bot. I’m going to continue to look for a mouse one..... 🤷🏻‍♀️

You are very limited as to what you can do if you do not pay. I understand that some people will pay for these items and that is fine. But there was nothing mentioned in the description of the app about the fact that one of the two games cannot be played at all if you did not pay. And the other one is just a laser game. I would not pay for the other game without being able to see if my cat likes it. As a result I am on installing this game.
