PD Maintenance

PD Maintenance is the maintenance work-order app used by Planet Donuts teams across branches, factories and warehouses. It lets staff report faults and follow them through to closure: • Raise a maintenance ticket with governorate, branch type, category and priority • Attach photos and video to show the problem • Track ticket status: new, on hold, accepted, in progress, resolved • Assign tickets to technicians and see the team responsible • Add comments and notes, and contact the branch • Record the parts and products used in the repair • Reports filtered by date, ticket status and branch The app is fully bilingual in Arabic and English, with complete right-to-left support. Note: this app is for Planet Donuts staff and requires an account issued by company administration to sign in.
