Dance Practice Tracker & Diary

Every rehearsal you don't write down is forgotten. DanceLog is a practice diary for dancers: log the style, the minutes, how it felt and what you worked on — then watch your streak and your weekly hours grow, session by session. This is not a learn-to-dance app and not a dance workout. It is a rehearsal log built around one purpose: keeping you consistent. The streak is calculated the way dancers actually practise — a 30-day run doesn't collapse to zero just because you haven't danced yet today. Rest days appear as real gaps in the chart instead of being quietly hidden away. WHAT YOU GET • Open the app and your streak is the first thing you see — plus this week's minutes, sessions and styles, before you tap anything • Log a session in seconds: pick one of 8 styles from Salsa to Ballet, set the minutes and your mood, and note what you drilled • A 14-day trend chart that shows every single day — so a patchy month can't pretend to be a solid fortnight • A weekly goal ring: set your minutes-per-week target and watch it fill as the week progresses • Time by style: see that Bachata got 6 hours this month whilst Ballet got 40 minutes, and rebalance • Style insights that flag neglect — "3 weeks since Tango" before your partner mentions it PERFECT FOR • Social dancers juggling salsa and bachata nights who want evidence they're improving • Ballet and contemporary students tracking studio classes and home practice together • Ballroom couples logging rehearsals in the lead-up to a competition or showcase • Choreographers who need a dated record of what each rehearsal actually covered WHY NOT JUST A NOTES APP? A note can't count a streak, sum your minutes for the week or chart your last fortnight. And it will never alert you to say it's been three weeks since you touched Swing. DanceLog does the arithmetic so your notes become a record of progress, not just a pile of text. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT Your sessions live in local storage on your iPhone. No account, no tracking, no cloud. Your entire log exports to CSV whenever you want — it is your practice record, and it remains yours. FULL ACCESS There is no free tier and no trial: a purchase opens the whole app, including the weekly goal ring, the 14-day trend chart, the time-by-style breakdown and style insights. Choose a weekly or yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be managed or cancelled in your App Store account settings. Log tonight's practice — the streak starts with one session. Terms of Use: https://leanstudio.asia/terms-of-use Privacy Policy: https://leanstudio.asia/privacy-policy Support: [email protected]
