Since 2012, tens of thousands of people have reached their weight-loss goals with Progress, and you can too. TRACK MORE THAN WEIGHT The number on the scales isn't the only one that matters. Track waist, hips, chest, arms, thighs, body fat, BMI, and anything else that helps you see your progress. Build a fuller picture of your body, not just a single number. PROGRESS PHOTOS Before and after photos make small changes feel real. Take a photo whenever you like, compare any two side by side, and watch the story your body is telling. Photos stay private on your device. BMI CALCULATOR & TRACKER Calculate your BMI in seconds and watch how it changes over time. We'll show you where you sit, without the lecture. BODY FAT TRACKING Log body fat percentage and follow it as your body composition shifts. Useful when the scales aren't moving but you can feel things changing. WEIGHT LOSS TRACKER Whether you're losing, gaining, or maintaining, clean charts and gentle reminders help you stay focused on the journey, not just the destination. GOALS THAT FIT YOUR LIFE Set a weight goal, a measurement goal, or no goal at all. Progress works for every kind of journey, whatever you're working towards.
