StaffsID HR is the employee app for the Staffs.id workforce platform. Your employer issues your account — there is no sign-up here, and nothing for you to pay. CLOCK IN AND OUT Start and end your shift from your own phone. A photo and a location check are recorded at each punch, so there is never a question about where or when you worked. Your hours build on the home screen as you work. BREAKS THAT COUNT CORRECTLY Start and end a break with one tap. Break time is taken out of your worked hours automatically, so the figure on screen is the figure you are paid for. YOUR OWN RECORD Look back at any shift: clock-in and clock-out times, every break, total hours, and the photos taken at each punch. YOUR SCHEDULE See your roster and upcoming shifts, including work at other branches, and send a shift request when you want more hours. LEAVE Apply for leave and follow it through approval without chasing anyone. PAYSLIPS Open the payslips your employer has issued, with hours, overtime and statutory deductions itemised. PERFORMANCE AND REWARDS Track the targets set for you and the reward points you have earned. WORKS FOR SHIFT WORK Built for businesses running more than one outlet — retail, food and beverage, and service teams — where staff move between branches and mix full-time and part-time contracts. WHAT YOU NEED An account from your employer. English and Chinese. No in-app purchases, no subscriptions, no advertising. YOUR PRIVACY Photos and location are captured only at the moment you clock in, clock out, or start and end a break — never in the background. They go to your employer's authorised administrators and nobody else. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
