What the app does: - All customer conversations in one place - Reply in real time and take over a conversation from the AI assistant - Instant push notifications for new messages, so nothing slips through - Team chat with fellow operators - Voice dictation of replies (speech to text) - Fast sign in: password, QR code from the admin, or biometrics (fingerprint / Face ID) Who it is for: thatChat is a modular AI platform for customer support that you run on your own hosting or as a service. This app is for operators, the people on your team who answer customer questions. The app connects to your own thatChat instance and operator accounts are created by your administrator.
