The App is evolving, actually it keeps getting better and better ...easy to use for carers, those needing care and with the support team, responsive and on hand! I have long ditched the old school agencies! The App is the key and beyond that ... there is so much more. Love it!! Always be Kynd!

My grandmother, who isn’t the most tech savvy person in the world, navigates the app better than I do! Highly recommend.

Being able to create my own (multiple) lists, is absolutely imperative and it’s missing!? Needed filters to choose Distance (closest first) and Price (cheapest first) and Experience (highest first) and vice-versa. Also the Contact button is misleading! Not possible to contact without NDIS docs. What if support workers are not suitable? I should be able to contact to check their suitability/availability and then book with NDIS letter etc. It’s very limited use, as it is. I should be able to change my personal info, update contacts etc., we are in XXI century after all.
