Payment is charged to your Apple Account (Apple ID) when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
