I’ve had the paid version since May 2024, and it is pretty much useless…it only generates one size of video which is square…and it says it takes 4 minutes for one video, but it’s more like 30 minutes…which is ridiculous! The daily limits, on top of it being painfully slow is ridiculous for anyone trying to actually use what they paid for. I regret paying for a year, and I will not be renewing.

The app force you to buy subscriptions cause with free version you can’t even make a single picture or video. They have coins/stars as currency and each video (by the way even a motioneless picture saves as a video) costs 500 stars and on free version you have 100. So if you want to give the app a try you have to buy a subscription. But what they don’t tell you is that even when you buy the premium yearly subscription making videos are still not free!! Still costs 500 stars and with a yearly subscription you get only 3500!!! Whatttt. 7 creations for a yearly subscription!! And then they expect you to buy more “stars”!!! You use a template and created a picture/video and it looks nothing like the template but you have no way to make changes on the picture you created. That’s it. Here went one of your seven! Oh another thing in each template after uploading your pictures there is a section says you can customize your video BUTTT whatever you type there it’s the prompt will be used and you will loose the original prompt of the template you wanted to try for example I wanted to recreate a mommy-baby photo from the templates that I liked. On first try the picture added a hat to my baby’s head like what is was on template so next time (using another 500 stars by the way) on the same template I customized it do not put hat on baby’s head and expected the same picture comes out without baby hat. But NOOOO the picture was just combination of the two photos I uploaded without any other edit. Ughhh I’m so mad fell for this and paid for a useless yearly plan and want my money back cause you would basically make these not great pictures yourself for free on chatgpt or other AI websites. Shame on whoever designed this scam.

I’ve been using this app for a while but now it seems it’s limited by how many projects you can do in a day. Which is four. The problem is is it’s inconsistent. Today I started at the same time and it still said that I had already used my daily allowance. So besides the fact that sometimes it does whatever it wants. Does not follow prompts all the time and is mediocre at best. Paying for the app to get you nothing maybe in 24 hours you can do four more projects.. But that is highly unlikely. It’ll probably push it back to 26 hours. As I said, don’t waste your time there are other apps out there that really work with you and are more consistent. I Absolutely do not recommend this app.

As one would, I purchased the free trial assuming it would be however much the free trial was. (I think it was .89 cent- .99 cents) but instead they charged me for the entire year which was almost 50 bucks. So I canceled thinking I would have no other issues since it was the same day that I purchased it. They ended up charging my card even tho I canceled it not even 20 minutes later. I don’t know if this is them trying to scam people out of their money to pay more, or it’s a user error even tho I have never had this issue before with any app. Either way, don’t download this app. It ain’t even that good anyways. It has very poor quality videos.

It also requires more money if I actually want to use it any further. I canceled my subscription quickly and reached out to the company three times. They answered the first email telling me to use the app support instead. I used that and now I’m getting emails that there are problems delivering the message which is not on my end, it is on this company’s end. I would like a full refund and customer service to help me get over $50 dollars that was spent on this subscription that didn’t even work. After reaching out three times I am taking further action, especially if I don’t get customer service and a full refund after this review.

You have to purchase “credits” to use their app. so I downloaded it because I’ve lost family members that didn’t get to see babies and it would be so nice to put them together, HOWEVER, it’s not unlimited, each template cost you credits, each time you do a picture or video however if it doesn’t turn out decent it will take your credits/money!! It should do that once you are satisfied with the outcome since it involves AI. This is a big rip off, I asked that my credit be put back so I can get what I paid for or what was advertised. The template that I wanted didn’t work but it took my money! So I hope you do right thing and refund me because I didn’t pay for false advertising!

How are we supposed to know if it’s worth the money if we can’t even see how it works first? It feels like a cash grab. There’s no transparency, no free trial, nothing to build trust—just a paywall right out the gate. I was genuinely interested and ready to support the app if it delivered value, but forcing users to pay upfront without any experience is a huge red flag. There are plenty of apps out there that at least give a trial or limited access before asking for money. This one doesn’t, and that alone is enough to make me delete it immediately. Super disappointed.

There’s a weekly subscription, a monthly subscription, battle passes, premium currencies, and even basic features that should be free are gated unless you pay. It’s exhausting. The constant prompts to upgrade or subscribe ruin any sense of fun or progression. It feels like the game was designed more to drain your wallet than to provide an actual experience. I don’t mind supporting developers, but this is just too much. At this point, it’s basically pay-to-play or don’t bother. If you’re looking for a game where you can just enjoy yourself without being nickel-and-dimed every five minutes, this isn’t it.

It clearly stated that it’s $1.70 per week with the option to cancel at any time. That’s exactly what I intended to do after testing the first video. Unfortunately, the result was terrible. Your AI added three arms to my dad in the video — is that supposed to be normal? My father passed away, and I just wanted to create a sweet, respectful video to remember him. Instead, I got something upsetting and completely inappropriate. But the most outrageous part is that instead of charging me $1.70, you charged $59! How is that even possible? Where was that amount shown or authorized? I need refund!

The only thing that works correctly about this app is they charge you the money to have it. To contact Support you have to send an email. I’ve done that and of course naturally gotten no response so if you just want to pay money to be aggravated, go ahead and click this purchase and go ahead and get this app cause that’s all you’re buying is a headache and irritation. It does not work and it is complete and total trash.
