PressApp

PressApp turns the photos and videos already on your phone into money. If you have caught breaking news, a celebrity out and about, a crime scene, a protest, or a local story worth telling, PressApp is the fastest way to sell it to UK newsrooms. Snap it. Send it. Get paid. HOW IT WORKS 1. Snap it. Use a photo or video you have just taken, or one already in your library. 2. Send it. Upload in seconds. Our team reviews it, checks it, and prices it. 3. Get paid. When a newsroom licenses your shot, you keep 70 percent, paid straight to your account. WHY PRESSAPP - Keep 70 percent of every sale. - Sell to real UK newsdesks, not a stock photo bargain bin. - Clear pricing and a running wallet balance you can track. - Watermarked previews protect your work until a buyer licenses it. - Built for breaking news, celeb spottings, crime, events, and local stories. WHO BUYS YOUR WORK Real UK newsdesks. PressApp is where picture desks come for verified, on the ground photos and video, so your shot has somewhere real to sell. Newsrooms licence work on the pressapp.co.uk website, and your job in the app is the fun part: snap it, send it, get paid. SAFETY AND TRUST PressApp verifies contributors, moderates every upload, and keeps original files private until a sale. You choose whether your byline shows on your work. PressApp is a UK marketplace for breaking news photos and video. You must be 16 or over to use PressApp (under-18s are paid out via a parent or guardian). Payouts are handled securely by Stripe.
