Sideline Bites Runner

Sideline Bites Runner is the private delivery workflow app for authorized runners working at participating venues. Assigned runners can sign in, select their venue, event, and concession stand, and go on duty. When a delivery order is ready, the runner scans the printed QR pickup ticket, views the customer’s marked delivery location, and uses foreground map and compass guidance to reach the handoff point. The delivery remains assigned to the runner until the customer provides the three-digit verification code displayed in the separate Sideline Bites customer application. Completed deliveries are recorded in the runner’s shift history. Runner accounts are provisioned by authorized Sideline Bites administrators. This application does not offer public account registration or customer ordering. Location is used when starting duty and while the delivery map is open. Sideline Bites Runner does not use background or continuous runner tracking.
