Classification Lab

Classification Lab is an iPad learning app that helps students understand the basics of AI classification through short lessons, interactive practice, and hands-on model training activities. Students can explore core AI ideas such as examples, labels, patterns, prediction, confidence, and bias through a simple classroom-friendly interface. The app includes three learning sections: Learn Build foundational understanding with visual cards that explain how classification models use examples and labels to make predictions with milestone quizzes Practice Try a quick labelling activity with immediate feedback and confidence bars, helping students connect training examples to prediction outcomes. Train Open a guided interactive training activity to collect examples and create a simple classification model using the iPad camera or microphone when needed. AI Classification Lab is designed for classroom learning, teacher-led demonstrations, and introductory AI workshops. It focuses on helping learners see how classification works in practice, not just read about it. No account is required for the native Learn and Practice activities. Internet access is required for the Train section because it loads Google Teachable Machine.
