Your plans, all together. ToSche brings your calendar, to-dos, assignments, routines and goals into one planner. See the shape of your day in a 24-hour circle, with your plans and free time in view. Calendar, assignments and core planning features are free. The AI assistant requires AI Standard or AI Pro. TURN A CONVERSATION INTO A PLAN Tell the AI "Essay due Friday" to create an assignment with a deadline. Type or speak to add and change events, assignments, to-dos, routines and goals. Review a confirmation before deleting events or assignments. Discuss a goal, break it into steps, or search the web with sources in the same chat. Ask it to remember useful details, then review, edit or delete them in Settings > "What AI remembers". Return to the reply after switching apps. SEE YOUR DAY A month calendar and a 24-hour circle bring your events and time blocks together. Switch to a list when you prefer. Use repeating and all-day events, labels, up to 10 alerts per event, checklists, day counters, undated notes, search and holidays in Japan. MAKE ROOM FOR SHARED PLANS Share calendars by invitation with "Can edit" or "View only" access. In-app notices show changes. Import selected iPhone Calendar events when you open ToSche or return to it. Import is off by default and never changes the original events. FIND YOUR NEXT STEP Organize assignments by category, due date, steps and repeats. See what is Overdue, Due today, Tomorrow or Within a week. Arrange to-dos in a daily workspace with four areas you can name and color. Choose a sticky note or whiteboard look. Check off morning, daytime and evening routines, then review completion stats. Organize goals from a 5-year plan down to this month, with roadmap steps (ToSche Plan and up). AT A GLANCE - 11 Home Screen widgets for plans, tasks and routines. The workspace is free until you have written tasks on 100 different days. - ToSche Plan: removes the workspace page limit and adds goals and roadmaps. - AI Standard: ToSche Plan plus AI chat, voice input, goal-setting chats and memory, with a monthly allowance equivalent to JPY 400 in AI provider costs. - AI Pro: the same features, with a monthly allowance equivalent to JPY 700 in AI provider costs. Monthly and yearly plans are available. Yearly AI plans also receive an allowance each month. See the Terms for expiry. Your App Store shows the price before purchase. New subscriptions after the public release of 2.9.0 have no carryover. Existing subscriptions change only for new grants 30 days after the release notice; those grants expire at the end of their monthly allowance period. Earlier grants keep their original expiry at the end of the following month. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends and are charged to your Apple Account. Manage or cancel in Settings > your name > Subscriptions. YOUR DATA AND AI AI use sends your input and the plans it reads to our AI provider. Voice input sends audio for transcription.
