Tickleaf

Tickleaf is a calm place for everything you have to do: an inbox, a calendar and the things you repeat. Nothing else. WRITE IT THE WAY YOU'D SAY IT Type "Dentist fri at 14:30 for 45m" and Tickleaf picks up the day, the time and how long it takes as you type. "Stretch every day at 7:30" becomes a loop. PLAN When there's a lot on your mind, open Plan. Write it all down, one thing a line, give each a day, then see it fitted into the free time in your day before you add it. Nothing is saved until you do. FOUR VIEWS • Inbox: what needs a look now, with today's and earlier tasks on top. • Calendar: your day, with the week to pick from. Hold a task to move it to another time. • Loops: the things you repeat, from every day to every other Tuesday to monthly, with this week at a glance. • Archive: everything you finished, by day. Untick anything to bring it back. A TIMER FOR THE TASK IN HAND Start a timer on a task and it runs on your lock screen and in the Dynamic Island. The time you log shows on the calendar. ON YOUR PHONE, THE WEB AND YOUR MAC Tickleaf works offline and keeps your iPhone, your browser and the Mac menu-bar app in sync. Reminders arrive on the web and Mac. NO NOISE No ads, no tracking in the app, no projects inside projects. Sign in with a code sent to your email, with no password to remember. FREE, WITH PLUS IF YOU WANT MORE Everything above is free, and so is the Today widget. Tickleaf Plus adds planning by talking, the Loops widget, your whole archive (free shows the last 90 days) and Google Calendar beside your tasks, by the month or the year, with a 14-day free trial. Reminders on your phone are coming to Plus at no extra cost. Plus renews automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
