Indian, Mexican, Mediterranean, Asian, Western — actual variety, not 50 versions of chicken breast. Filter by what you actually care about: vegetarian, high-protein, quick meals, one-pot dishes. THE PLANNING A week view. Breakfast, lunch, dinner. Tap a slot, pick a recipe. See your calories and macros add up as you go. Copy last week if it worked. THE SHOPPING LIST Generated from your plan. Grouped by aisle so you're not zigzagging through the store. Check things off as you shop.
