ClockLog: Work Hours & Proof

ClockLog uses your iPhone’s location to automatically record when you arrive at and leave the workplace you registered. No need to tap a button every day. Your records are stored only on your iPhone — no account, no server. Overtime counts all of them together, and reports can cover a single workplace • Today ring: whether you are at work, your time so far, and, where your region has a daily limit, when you will reach it (free) • Time left before the overtime guide, such as Japan’s legal 45 hours a month (free); month-end projection and alerts (Pro) • Daily and monthly time at work, with overtime and late-night hours • Breaks and time corrections are saved separately, so the original records are kept • Export and share a monthly PDF report (Pro) • Leaving-job check (Japan rules only): compares your overtime in the 6 months before you leave with the guide in the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare criteria, such as over 45 hours for 3 months in a row (free). GOOD TO KNOW • What is recorded is the time you were at the workplace, not your working time itself. • Detecting that you left can be delayed by several minutes to more than ten minutes. The end of a record is shown as the last time you were confirmed to be at the workplace. • If you close the app by swiping it up, it may not be able to record. • ClockLog does not guarantee that its records will be accepted as legal evidence or that unpaid wages can be claimed. How records are treated is decided by the other party or authority. PRIVACY Your location and records never leave your iPhone. Reports and CSV files show only the workplace name you chose and the times — never addresses or coordinates. PURCHASES • Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. • The monthly subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. • You can cancel anytime in Subscriptions in your App Store account. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. • The lifetime purchase is a single payment and does not renew.
